Whoa thats in interesting convict look like its got HRP in it or somthin i think alot of people are going to think its hybrid or somethin

They are in your chiropractors office because they are Honduran red points, aka commonly available fish.

I have had some accidental HRP cross Fishfarm Rio Monga Convicts and the outcome was similar to this. I have some Costa Rica Convicts that have this similar color: Blueish body with red fins. Good work!

I am just wondering what you did for 11 years? On my first gen(dad was a hybrid) I got the red tail in both male and females and mine are simply a cross of an hrp x (bar con x hrp). I am not trying to start a fight just trying to figure out what you did.

Mods, shouldn't this be in the hybrid section?

One thing you guys are not realizing is all domestic convicts are hybrids, before anyone knew any better they were crossed freely by hobbyist and Florida fish farmers. Now we know there are many species of Cryptoheros with many more soon to be discribed. They do look like a cross of HRP/convict. As long as he calls them this I'm fine with it as the convict parent was most certianly already a hybrid. I'm a purest and don't even cross wild population of the same species, so to each his own. Ken
