seafood is the way to go, i like to think of my freshwater fish as friends not food!

I agree that saltwater is great, but there are plenty of tasty freshwater fish. One of the reasons tilapia is so popular though is that it has a very mild taste. People like it because it takes other flavor so well. It is versital and easy which is why people use it... I used no smilies.

BTY I only count 13 unless you count the rolling one.
