can someone say me the wright way to calculate the pond's volume ( us gallons ) is a rectangular pond as i calculated on different sites and the volume is about 600-700 gallons now
his biggest RTC is about 44'' still 4'' from 4'!i think you should be fine becuase the only report i've heard of one growing above 4 feet is TL. i think you should be fine as a minimum
LxWxH/231 = gallon, all measure must be in inch! the tank you say be for was 8'x4.5'x3': 8*12*4.5*12*3*12/231 = 807 gallons!i used the calculator and it says that it have 700 gallons
8' long, 4.5' wide and 3' height is 807 gallon! the site calculator say it's 809 gallon(it convert everything into centimeter first then do the calculating then convert the volume back to gallon)! it also have the final water volume at the percentage of the raw volume of the tank!i calculated as above and it's 695g (698g on site calculator ) so let's say 700 gallons ... i think is a better number now
