Red tail catfish pond HELP !

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
if you ask me that sized pond is great for those fish but don't add any others as all of them get pretty huge........but i still think i will make a plywood tank as if i'll keep red tail in pond i only can see it from above while seeing them through glass is cooler and any other fish...i am thinking on doing a plywood tank but can someone say me what should i do ? i will make a plywood box , cut the glass part from the front part...stick all walls together by silicone and screws and the steps i don't know are : what should i do after : add a coat of fiberglass then epoxy resin or epoxy resin and fiberglass after or only one of them and if only one of them which ? please help me doing the correct paths as i need to now if i should use fiberglass first and expoy then or epoxy first or only one of them...if can someone help me with this i'll really appreciate that as if i know to do the correct paths i can do the hole tank

i thought all day long at my options and making a plywood tank isn't an option anymore as the glass is pretty expensive and is very hard to build a tank ....so i am going with a pond but now i need ideas about how to make a sump from my 30 gallons tank ? this will filter my hole pond i hope but i need info about making it..who knows anything about building a sump just post here please

and which canister filters would work for filtering about 600-650 gallons ? and also some ideas about oxygenating the water would be good....still wait for sump ideas
