Red Tail Giant Gourami

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
They're great fish, very personable... but I agree with PhullTank57, I really could have done without it's aggressive disposition. However, they are still great fish and I'd say go for it!!!

Well I wont have a trouble with aggression because more than likely he will be on his own.

Might get a bit cramped in a 180g.

I have an albino red tail gourami that I keep in my pond. Beware of its size becos mine is about 60cm long and weigh at least 2-3 kilos I think.

It is however very pieceful with a very nice nuptial hump. I would take pictures but too tough to get shot as it is very shy.

Good luck with your fish!

And yeah I know that there is always an exception when it comes to fish's behaviour. :D
