Red Tail vs. Yellow Tail Barracuda?

ok so for my 125 (almost there) i am trying to decide between a redtail and a yellow tail barracuda. pls post why you voted for which one and if you have them some pix of their setups. not nescasarily the fish though. thnx

Some species of Yellowtails are smaller than Red's but Yellowtails are more community safe IMO

ok. what does ftw mean? i found some yellowtails and will start to look at them. anything i should know about buying?

I've had both and the RT is much more fun. My red was more aggressive and a better eater. The Yellow was too timid and finicky. However both were very susceptible to injuries when running into things during feeding time. If one got a small scratch it would develop fungus and die. I lost 4 cudas that way. Finally I got rid of all the rocks and driftwood in my tank with nothing but open water and kept one for over a year. One day my Scomb must have got irritated and took a chunk out of his side. That was the end of my cuda experience.

Never had either but have wanted one, If i were to choose i'd say yellow. I just like them more, no other reason asides from that

there are two species of yellowtail cuda but i think mixing the two would be pretty cool
