Red terror ID

heres my young festae got for 10 bucks didnt realize what i was buying at the time. After some research found out it was a ret terror probably female.
I'd say its male they tend to have more red in there fins and have an over all shinier look to them
That's a huge mayan.
Male mayan cichlids will get around 12'' so it looks like that one still has some growing to do
I loved my old mayan but man he was an A hole he started out as a cute little 1''-2'' fish that stuffed his face with anything and everything he could he grew fast when he hit the 4'' mark he really got aggressive Constantly chaseing my old female JD around and when he got to around 5'' he tried to challenge my 7'' jaguar cichlid and put up a really good fight so i had to divide him ( unfortunetly the two needlefish i had at the time both jumped the divider to his side and wouldn't jump back over and he killed them )
so i sold him i wan't to get another eventualy though

But it won't back down from my bigger maculicauda and managuenese.I guess I will wait and see how this fish turns out. Thanks fo the ID on the fish everybody.
