I know I have never seen a pair myself and wanted to pull it off. They have been only together for about 3 weeks. Female is finally looking like she is hold, but we shall see. She is a young female.

Nice Thai Silk, but certainly not in the same league as the SRT shown on page 1.

My vote, SRT hands down. :)

Just wondering though, do two thai silks make thai silk FHs? B/C to make a red texas you take one red texas and a Carpintis.
 
FYI - I based my opinion on what I personally like in a fish, and the fact that Thai Silk are now rather common & inexpensive, unlike a SRT like the one shown on page 1. IOW, even if I liked blue more than red & white, I could sell the SRT & buy several fish like yours. :D

When you said you had a breeding pair I thought you meant you had a breeding pair. Just because you have 2 fish that get along doesn't mean anything yet but I will wish you luck. Hopefully your male is fertile. I'd like to see what you could get.
