I know I have never seen a pair myself and wanted to pull it off. They have been only together for about 3 weeks. Female is finally looking like she is hold, but we shall see. She is a young female.

Nice Thai Silk, but certainly not in the same league as the SRT shown on page 1.

It all depends on what you like. Some folks appreciate the reds and some the blues.. just like politics

Just wondering though, do two thai silks make thai silk FHs? B/C to make a red texas you take one red texas and a Carpintis.
FYI - I based my opinion on what I personally like in a fish, and the fact that Thai Silk are now rather common & inexpensive, unlike a SRT like the one shown on page 1. IOW, even if I liked blue more than red & white, I could sell the SRT & buy several fish like yours.

When you said you had a breeding pair I thought you meant you had a breeding pair. Just because you have 2 fish that get along doesn't mean anything yet but I will wish you luck. Hopefully your male is fertile. I'd like to see what you could get.
