Thanks. A friend of mines who is in the hobby came into town and saw them. This is the first time they have ever had them in my 5 years in the hobby. I immediately ran down there and grabbed this guy up

that's actually a flowerhorn mixed red texas. Not an all solid "Texas" red texas
 
Actually its more of a red devil x texas cross. All red texas are hybrid so no two are exactly alike. He doesn't have traditional texas body shape but I thought he was still a beautiful example. Plus I'm a fin guy anyway and he has fins for days. They had a more traditional shaped one but I didn't like him nearly as much.

that was the tank banger male at house of t ropicls all of those males are infertal thats why i got rid of them. but never the less u got very good fish i have some females availible now and 2fertial males pm for more info
