Hello, so I recently purchased a 90 gallon tank for a great price, even came with a 4 inch female Freddy lol I have a 7.5 inch male red tiger mota that was causing trouble in my 180 so this tank was meant for him , I figure the two could live together and even possible breed eventually, any ways the two are living good together it’s been about 2 weeks, I gave her a hiding spot that he can’t get into just in case he gets nasty, I thought she wouldn’t be too tough because I saw her getting chased around but the other day when I came to feed I noticed the two locking lips and ever since he doesn’t mess with her anymore , hoping this could be a long term setup

I would check your source, maybe it's the pic? I see a maybe managuense but sure looks like a parachromis mix...

They really made things confusing with the name change but I believe this is what would previously be called loisellei (now freddy). Certainly not p.multifaciatus (previously freddy) which would be more yellow and a female wouldn't have those spots.
