Looks like everyone agrees! The big one is a female RTM!! Sooo happy about that. Sorry to hijack your thread but seeing how beautiful your pair was reminded me how much I wanted some of these.

the red begins to come in as small spots on the gill plate area.......
 
Thanks dude great pictures, I think that proves the big one is female and now I have a good understanding of what to look for when the other 2 get bigger.. nice one.
