Red wolf fish?

Since I recently picked up a few 40bs from Petco's $1 a gallon sale. I was thinking of setting up one for a red wolf but would like some more info and advice from owners. Thanks in advance

40 breeder. From what I read online it says a minimum of 55 gallon. A 40 breeder is half a square foot bigger footprint then a 55

Ok. Ya, a 40 gallon breeder is the perfect tank setup for a red wolffish. In fact, everytime I think of a 40 breeder, a red wolf is always in my mind. Go ahead.

Nothing exclusive. They are hardy fish. Definately get them off live when you get them. My 4 inch red wolf is exploding himself with talapia right now. when i got him, I didn't give him feeders or anything. I haven't seen him eat for more than a month. But now, mine is a pig!

You can keep tankmates but they should be the same size as the wolf. Just expect some fighting and fin nipping. These red wolf are the most active of all wolf fish species. Very nice personalities!
 
Thanks I will definitely get it off of live when I buy it. I seen YouTube videos but most of them are feeding videos
