I was just wondering, how did you get 1500g from 2m x 1m x 1.5m? From what i've calculated, that doesn't come close to 1500 gallons. Also, you should really return the RTC because currently your pond looks overstocked with koi as it is and adding a fish that will grow to 4 feet is clearly not the best option. You have no space for your RTC. Give the gar back too. You are cramping too many big fish into a little space. It doesnt not matter at all if they can fit now, but when they are adult they sure wont. Since you didn't specify what kind of gar you have, but i am assuming it is either the shortnose, florida, or the spotted gar. These can grow to well over two feet! Im sorry to say this, but YOU ARE IN WAY OVER YOUR HEAD.

Ooh, i thought the pond was 2m, but actually it was 1.5m.. haha.
Oh and also, do archer fishes grow big? I'm thinking of keeping 1 or 2 of them.

im not trying to be mean but u need to stop buying fish................ u have way to many for the tanks u got return the fish to the place u got them................ stop wasteing ur money on big fish and get smaller ones u can take care of........ i wouldnt get the archer fish cuz they get like 8"+ and need a 55 gallon tank at the very minimum............. in ur tanks u can get a school of 8 tetras and some corys, breeding trios of charry barbs males are red and females are brownish red.............. in all ur tanks but the 400 gal ur gona want fish that max out around 3" and not to many of them............ just stop puting the fish u have threw hell and do the right thing by returning them to the store............

Today I managed to hand feed my giant gourami, and i realized it had teeth only after i had touched it...

I need to ask how much to feed a redtail catfish because after eating what I am feeding them, their stomach starts to bulge...

And if you have hand-fed your BGK before, could you please tell me how you did it?

You'll have to feed a little less everyday until you find an amount that seems fine to you. I had the same problem with my betta, you might have to feed them every other day or every 2 days or until the bulge in the rtc goes down.

And it might be a good idea to stop buying so many fish until you've solved all the problems with your current fishes.
