Redtail!!

Hey all i just bought me a redtail today he is about 30 cm long and i wonder what to feed him i tried some shrimp but he didnt want it so what do u guys and girls to say..

Redtail Cat are a Redtail gourami if its a cat give him a day and he will eat anything you give him I have one about 21" he likes market shrimp,beefhearts, and feeders

is it a asian red tails on just the the more commone rtc.

Give him a few days to settle... Don't worry in a few weeks you will be posting the opposite my red tail cat eats too much of anything and everything

My 14" RTC loves shrimp. In fact he takes them ever so gently right from my hand. It's rather comical to watch. Especially since my 8" TSN just rips the shrimp right out of my hand. He looks like a big puppy dog compared to the TSN.

Give your guy some time to get comfortable and like everyone else has said, he should start eating shrimp without any hesitation.

Ok thanks alot guys for all ur help and advice now when i have been watching him hes more active he swims around all the time never stops..
And his whiskers is moving around very much...

Sorry but no not yet anyway my camera is broken and im waiting on another one..
By the way it has now been 3 days and he doesnt want to eat i put the fish right infront of him but he just swims away what should i do??

what condision are hes gills in (any curling)
