Another feel sorry for the animals thread yet look at how many of the same people buy bug spray and spray insects without mercy. Kill that roach... kill those ants

Actually, I don't really perceive this as a feel sorry for the animals thread. The whale's just being a whale and human involvement has made it impossible to return this beautiful animal to the wild so it must continue to be taken care of, or destroyed ( not that I believe killing the animal is the right solution....just an option ) If anything, I feel sorry for the families of the victims and it's future victims. Seaworld is acting stupidly for continuing to use it in shows with people.....plain and simple. Pure negligence.

Shows? Maybe not. But it needs interaction.

All whale/dolphin/etc shows need to stop. Think about people overstocking tanks here, compare that to what these giant animals are limited to in captivity. It's cruel plain and simple.
