once I saw how a forklift lifted a diesel truck motor...with a chain harness, like a fishing pole, instead of sticking the forks underneath. You might consider a chain harness, of course with 4x4 stringers...so it won't crush the structure. Once it is in the air, a few guys can manuever it in position. Pretty much the same way roof frames are installed....then again, I'm just an armchair engineer..
