Wow I guess that is the recipe to making blood parrots. Nice. So why does 2 pure species produce deformed fish?
Makes me love blood parrots even more knowing they are simply a hybrid of synspilum and citrinellum wow they get so much flack for being super impure and very deformed. Some parrots our very deformed and should be culled if it hinders there quality of life just some amount in any batch of fry but some do just fine and live very long lives. Good of you sir to update this thread after so long. Awesome fish

I used to think they were selectively bred to make it look like that.
