Reseal? (PICS)

Ok...Another question, do i remove the silicone on the bottom seals completely even between the panels (only on bottom)?
 
id get as much a you can off then seal over the little bits left over.... thats what id do... unless its gonna look real ugly
 
I've used the GE1 on about 5 tanks, and I have used the PL roofing and flashing adhesive, and I've seen no ill effects.

Many people here on MFK use the GE1, and many on a koi forum I belong to use the PL adhesive.

In all, it's up to you what you want to use.
 
Ryan, there is no need to remove the silicone from between any of the panels when just doing an interior reseal.
 
Ok, the bottom panel didn't fit between the four vertical panels so there is a tiny gap all around the bottom with silicone. In one of the corners where it was rotten, there is no silicone.
 
I would just test it (fill it up) in a place where leaking wouldn't do much damage (backyard, porch ,etc) leave it 48 hrs and if it doesn't leak I wouldn't bother resealing, but ultimately it's up to you
