Does anyone know anyone who does this? I don't mean just selling stuff on craigslist, I mean buying a lower priced item and selling at a higher price. I've been researching this and I guess there's people out there who do this for a living. Mostly getting free things or really cheap and selling for a profit. I've been looking for a part time job for awhile now to supplement my fulltime job. Just looking to make 50 bucks a week, this would be huge for me and could pay off some bills. I would stick with what I know for now.

I see a lot of fish tanks for sale and filters and what not. Mostly overpriced of course but sometimes really cheap and they usually need it gone asap because their moving or whatnot. There's a lot of cheap things on craigslist and if it's not if you offer to pick it up right now and haul it away they might go even cheaper.

What do you all think? I'm just looking to make $50 a week off of it

I do a lot of this pm me if you would like to talk about it

Exactly. Yard sales would be a great place to get some cheap stuff and sell.

Just watch the show BarterKings, it should explain everything you need to know.

I think barterkigs is fake.i seen the episode where he got the sandrail from long beach motosoprts for an old jeep And after three weeks I pass by and the same sandrail was in front still

So many shows are staged i wouldn't be surprised...

But to the OP, you don't even necessarily have to just work off craigslist... you could even find cheap items in certain stores and flip them on E-bay for a profit... as you said, just gotta know the product you're working with...
