That first tank needs to be 1-3 feet wider my bass would be in heaven. But thier still growing so they would still be in heaven.

Those loaches look fat and healthy. I've never seen a public aquarium that was appropriate and well maintained. It kind of bugs me because most malls/restaurants consider them decoration and treat them as such. The business owners that put display tanks usually have no idea about fish care nor they're interested, so they resort to aquarium services that do "maintenance" every month or so. But the owner in the op either keeps fish or knows one who does.
