Thankfully all the LFS's in my area have mostly very knowledgeable staff. I work part time at one and have more experience with retarded customers. Take for instance a guy I was speaking to last night. He was asking me why his ammonia levels were crazy high (6.0ppm), so I asked him what was in his tank.
