Returning back to the Shark World with a new tank

I gotta laugh at this one 4ft LED light fixture hahaha This would normally be a fair amount of light for a FOWLR tank.

Tank update: Giant Hawk, Big Eye Black Bar Soldier added. It is finally cycling well (diatom etc) and just needed a few larger fish to kick it off. I have an electrician coming tomorrow to hook up power near the tank, controller will be mounted and light shortly thereafter. I will also be adding move live rock before long and then it will be time to go shark hunting hahaha

Ok ok I know it has been way too long! I have been traveling alot and just otherwise busy. I did just add in 9 Mono Argentus which are schooling around and look awesome!! I also got 4 more LED lights (Orbit Marine). Next up Sharks!!!!

Ok guys so I have been struggling to find anyone with sharks at a decent price now.... I can find sharks but the stores are all over priced. I used to have some contacts but I am not getting a response from them. I have one local store pricing stuff for me as well (but kinda slack), he did find Lookdowns for $65 though so I may add some of those guys as well. If anyone has availability at a good price please message me! I know this is the wrong time of year but sharks are still out there.

Looking for hound, epaulette or anything interesting for my 8x6 foot print.

Looking good man glad to see you are taking your time and i have to agree that sharks (even tho its not the season for most) are becoming harder and harder to get

So I finally got some sharks! I picked up 3 little guys- 1 12" Brown Banded and 2 Marble Cat 14" and 10". Best picture I have is in the shipping container bags hahaha. My iphone still struggles with the blue actinic lights (does this on my nano reef as well).

They are all doing fine and hanging out in the rock formations, but I will try to entice them out with food today.
