And this guy already has a ton of personality! He was a little freaked out from the car ride home, but settled down really quickly and let me hold him for a few pictures. Then I put him in the enclosure. In the span of 30 minutes, he checked out the hide box twice, climbed across all the driftwood, basked 3 times, ate 3 times, and threatened two of our cats! It was hilarious. The cats were both at the same corner staring at him. He walked up to the glass, puffed up, and bobbed his head at them

I wish I'd had the camera on video to record it... Anyways, here's some pictures. He's spending very little time in the hide box, which surprises me. I figured he'd hide for the first couple of days before exploring, but he seems more interesting in checking out his new digs and having something to eat. I'm glad he likes his basking spot as well.
The cats were completely entranced for about 45 minutes, til they finally realized they can't get into the terrarium. The dogs have completely ignored it (as usual).
