Rid-Ick might be too knarly

Yh he fish get a 30-40% water change every week dependig on how much crap is on the bottom. I realize that my temp has at 84 degrees for almost a month now. No wonder I havnt seen any ich. The fish seem to love the warm water as well. Thanks for all your input

I never even considered bleach - I guess that could work as long as you dechlor. it really well afterwards.

Rinsing the tanks and then let them completely dry in the sun. There will be no more bleach. To be safe you can double up the dechlorinator when refilling the tank. I've done this dozens of time with no problem.
