Currently abt 14". I love the gold tone on Araguaia Azuls, I used to have a tocantins that was really blue, but I still prefer the gold on this baby.

Is that the Sao francisco azul u have? I didn't think Azuls from different collection points have much difference, but seeing this guy really proves me wrong. It has such red fins compared to the Azuls I have seen.

Yep.... Sao Fran. It's a trip because when the "red-ish" fins flap, they turn deep powder blue. I like the arraguia Azuls to for their more of the blue look.
I've notice over the years that bass from different locations produces a vast amount of variant of cichla. Like Kelberis, tems, Azuls, monos, ocells, orinos and so on. But I love them all.....
