Danny- you are correct, the Rtm's in the pics and videos are both females. This is my first go with rtm's and I didnt realize they were both females till a week or so after I started this thread. But as I recently stated, I have moved them and added a male to the mix. Tomorrow I'll post the video of my new pair, and today I should have wrigglers!!!
half of the eggs were fertilized and it looked like they may have started hatching last night around the time I turned the lights off. This morning all that was left in the pot were a few fungus'd eggs. Im hoping the female has moved them and didn't snack on them I'll keep an eye on her today to see if she did in fact move them.
