I just put together another Proven Riparium Plant Combinations post. This one is about

2. A layout with Spathiphyllum peace lilies, Pilea and other tropical forest plants

Here is the quick photo update for the 50-gallon setup. The plants and fish are looking happy.

This tank is running nice and steady these days and requires little extra care aside from partial water changes 2X/week.

Your tanks are very inspirational Hydrophyte. I wish I had a bigger tank than just my 10 gallon to do this. Question about the Spathiphyllum, do you trim down the roots before planting or? That is the main plant I will be using and would appreciate any tips. Thanks.

A 10 is pretty tight for a riparium planting, but you could get a few plants going in there. Yes it is a good idea to trim the peace lily roots down quite a bit before planting. They grow new roots pretty quick.

I have just started working on a video series. It will probably be a slow evolution, but I hope to keep working at it. I uploaded a couple more new videos tonight. These are quick demos of the Small Hanging Planter and Nano Trellis Rafts. The second video shows them planted with Windelov Java fern (on the raft) and Crypt. pontederiifolia (in the planter).
