If one got out you better seal up wherever it escaped from. Because the others can and will find it.

Do you have a cave and somewhere fir it to hide? Is anyone harassing them? If i ropefish is not happy with its environment and stressed out it will jump ship. Once they find somewhere to hide they are fine.

Ps i was thinking about this thread this weekend when a pet store had these for $3.99 because he got them in accidentally in a shipment and didn't know what they were.

Very lucky! Yes he did die. I have a good on my tank but the back is open. Any ideas covering it up?
