I think so. I got mine for 19.99 at 1.5 inches, and the lady had 3 inch ones for 27, so Id say yeah
Check out the stickies, and research like mad. These aren't for the average fish keeper, or even an above average fish keeper.

Just the oposite around here ...... I saw a 28" RTC last week and inquired and they wanted $225. Very nice colors but $225

I've seen them go for $15 at 2" But I have to resist these little guys cuz there's no way I have the room to house these guys right now. 
A good and healthy fish that is supposed to live several years actually is not a matter of pricing, is it?
I always would pay double or triple if I knew the trader is really reliable, it is not only to get Fish-Flesh that should flounder for some time, it is also a matter of stressless keeping and non-prior-damaging as well as support by a competent specialist.
Anything else in my opinion is just respectless consumption....
So 15, 30, 50 Bucks...it does not matter at all as long as the fish is kept greatly before!
So check the trader, not the pricing!
