I just bought an RTC for 15 dollers and it's currently in my 10 gal becuase it's only 3" and my uncle bought me a 500 gallon fish tank so i can put him in there alone when he is big. when should i move him out of the 10 gal?? like in a month?

as fast as possible bro. how fast can u get ure 500 gal? that should be great for a very long time. wat r the dimensions of the 500gal? if u leave him in the 10gal he is gona get depressed and probably wont grow very well. furthermore, in such a small tank the water quality will be bad. even at small sizes red tails can produce a tonn of waste.
thats crazy! thats like a pond dude. how does it look like? takes pics. well yeh move ure RTC our there asap. ull grow a 3 footer in 2 years.
lol how did u manage to convince ure mum to let u keep it? how r u gona filter such a beast of a pond and also wat other fish do u intend to keep in there? with ure RTC id probably suggest pacus...tiger shovelnose catfish and probably even arapaimas :O imagine the possibilities
i have 2 RTCS and 2 TSNS in my 16'by8'by5' pond too. my parents r pretty supportive ova my hobby. i also really wana get arowanas in the pond for sum surface activity
