No they don't... TSN's would be fine in his pond. RTC's would last a while but do need a 1000 gallon if you are going to keep one for life. And sun cats are not what the OP is looking for, they are too small. I suggest you go with a marbled catfish, they are common and don't grow extremely large.

Keep in mind that pacu are really social, you should have 2 or 3 of them, not just one.

I honestly thin you are well stocked BEFORE you add the clown knife. I think the knife puts you over the edge to be over stocked.

What are you trying to say with that video? There's no tape measure next to it and I doubt that cat is over 3 feet long. It would be fine in a 4 foot wide tank/pond.

I think TSN is better in ]v[onster tank or pond. 1000gals up. and more space to move. he grew up in my 800gals tank. But not enough for him, i think.

There is a HUGE difference between survive and thrive. You are setting this child up to have fish barely survive. Is that really how you keep your pets... barely surviving?

Well I believe that this fish will be better off in a 600 gal (?) pond than in some uninformed persons 20 gallon. And I have never seen a 5 foot Pseudoplatystoma sp. other than coruscans. Much less a 4 footer. Largest I have seen that was proven (near a tape measurer.) was around 36".

TSN don't get much bigger than 3' in home aquaria, not that I have seen anyways..
