Thanks. I tell you what has really made a difference in my pics (other than just sitting and taking hundreds until I figured out the best way) is this:

It diffuses the concentrated light flash into a wider area and "muffles" the light, so to speak.

Best part? ITS ONLY $20!!
 
I don't have that kind of camera. I only have an Olympus Stylus 1030SW.

That thing is working great for you though....keep up the good work.
 
Truth be told, I dont have it either. Its the "work" camera that Im able to bring home on the weekends. The only camera I officially have is the one on my phone...and you dont even want to see those pics.

great job on pics , fish look great too . i have something similar for substrate in my 125 black and white gravel with pool filter sand , might have to try an all sand mix in one of my other tanks .
