I have gotten some rummynose tetras (had to buy them online) and I suspect they have internal parasites because some of them are very thin and lack the red color on the face. I have began treating them with prazipro and I've been making sure to feed them a generous amount so they can all get some food. However, I have noticed some of them are still really thin, what do you advise I do.

Can you post some pics?
Have you noticed any white stringy poo?
Prazi doesn’t really take care of internal parasites as well as other meds.

Really hard to get good pictures, but there you go. I have seen some poop that looked maybe a cream or beige color that was stringy. What other medicine do you suggest I use?

I use levamisole for internal parasites. Prazi is best against flukes.
It’s possible they may have neon tetra disease, which is pretty common in tetras. It spreads by the tetras eating tetras which died from the disease, so the safest method is removing the sickly ones.

Ok, do you have any recommendations for levamisole products to get? I don't know if it's a good idea to try and isolate the thin ones into a breeder box or another tank. I think treating the whole tank might be a better idea in case they have it, too.

Fritz expel-p contains levamisole
If isolating, keeping them in another tank is the best move.

Definitely treat the whole tank for internal parasites either way. They can spread via feces.

Qt is mostly for easier monitoring, reduced spread, and easier medicating.

Ok, I got a breeder box and I have one in there that is dangerously thin, so I'm trying to feed him really well while I wait for levamisole to arrive. I don't think he will make it though.
