That sucks man.. every time I order a fish online I get scared that will happen to me.. I've been lucky so far though..
 
Im so sorry. I had the same thing happened to me about a month or 2 ago. Not very pleasant to have to see and open when you knowing they didn't make it from the look of the box. Sorry again

I got insurance with USPS and they said the gurantee as well. So hopefully I will get the cash back from them.

It's a bummer because myself and the seller was working on shipping for almost a month to see how the best way to ship it. I don't really care about the money how much i spend on the shipping cost, ALL i care is about the fish get here alive.
 
UPS or fedex would have been better. or delta dash bro. how long did it take for USPS to get it there?

I remember I did USPS once and they lost the package for 3 days. CRAZY!

the USPS got here at 11am...so it was right on time. It was the next day delievery.

We wanted to do AP to AP but the AP said we need to be a known shiper to ship out fish :screwy: We both call and talk to the AP and said the same thing.

So we decided to go with USPS on next day deleivery.

What should i do next? me or the seller have to contace USPS and let them know? how does this work, can everyone help me out.
