Saddest Day of My Life....

That other ray you posted looks a bit skinny. I know you say it is the angle and it might be but still looks a bit thin to me. What is the dia of the disk and how often and what are you feeding? How long have you had the pup that died? Sorry for all the questions and I am not trying to flame you just trying to help.
I went a long time without a test kit but my LFS tests your water for free so that is what I was doing if I needed a test. I have one now just for convenience.

shrimp and pellets twice a day, but he wouldn't take the pellets.
i had it for about month half i think.

IMO you shouldnt get a new one if you dont know the cause of the death, atleast a pin point, or idea..that would just be stupid.. And i agree with earthstudent, no matter angle, that ray looks a little skinny, you may give her\him more of what he eats, give the ray as much as you can see her back bulb for a period, til its fatten..OOOOR you could take another foto that we can see clearly :)

that sucks sorry but you know do what they do for other deaths of pets and get a new one to replace it but cheer up man

Sorry mate.
