Safe to go inside 225 gallon?

For what it's worth, the tank builder who did my tank sits in the 12mm in a lot of his tanks in builds. The glass I know is not tempered, but it is rimless and sits flat. He's a "big" guy and I'd day at least 250lbs.
 
I resealed it. It was already skinned over a little when I went to spread it with my finger so it looks kinda crappy on the bottom. I just hope it seals.... I used rtv 108 momentive
