My only doubts for Berneyi would be the seemingly shorter more rounded dorsal fin this fish shows.
But you could well be correct on Graeffei, although pictures don't give a good view of it's tail.
But, equally I am certainly no expert on brackish cats and will be most happy to find out it's true id.
Once bought a cat simply labelled as a "Chinese cat" that looked very similar although much chunkier. I thought this might have been Neoarius Latirostris.
