clean out everything
sumps are by far your best option but arent mandatory, a sump in a saltwater tank makes your life extremely easier
aragonite sand: 60 lbs - $40
40 lbs lace rock: $60
5-10 lbs live rock: $15-30
200 gal. salt: $50
Skimmer: $60+
20% wc every other week, feed ~10 times a week depending on species
no volitans lions for your tank, get a radiata, dwarf, fuzzy, antennata, etc.
then with it you can have a snowflake moray, a blue-dot toby puffer, and scopas tang as tankmates + hermit crabs, nass. snails, nerite snails, astraea snails, etc

lionfish in florida?
they're probably volitans that someone threw out there because it outgrew their tank, other than that, someone else will be able to better help you out on florida native fish
they are so bad right now when i when diving two days ago i killed like 12 the biggest was like 3lbs. you have to kill everyone you see.

Plus they are cheap and are better for salt systems then hob filters. But you can always just use a hob if you wanted. I recommend a ac110 or two.
Use to have two ac110's on my 100gal with a skimmer and a couple circ pumps. Tank was always really clean.
