I agree and think that mixing should be done in a container that has no fish or living anything. As long as its an empty tank like I was saying there is no problem.

you could get SMALL anemones
i have had smaller anemones in my 10 gallon
well 1 anemone at one time
nothing else invertabrit wise though
but first makesure u have a good enough light

Anemones do not stay small, unless you are speaking of a flower anemone, which still gets too large for a nano.
