Sick as mate! I haven't seen many of the white ones for a while as well. Maybe

Thx mate, yes they were everywhere a few years back but I just can't seem to find any. My white male was being camera shy so I couldn't get a pic of him. I should have a 90 gallon soon so I'll put him in his own tank with a white female. I got a few ppl interested in the fry already.

It seems that fish often go through the fish clubs a bunch for a couple years, drop in market price, people stop breeding them and when you go to look for them, no one has them! I'd love to get a pair of the whites, but I prefer to stick to the natives.

Yeah I understand that ?.

Haha I would love to get a native tank eventually. I seen a vid of a monster jack the other day and was in shock. Huge boy. I love the archers and sooties personally.

Natives are awesome! In terms of larger natives currently I have an AU Bass, Black Eel Tailed Catfish and plan to get a Mouth Almighty and Coal Grunter in the coming months. I also have some pygmy perch which are wicked. My father has a vast collection of rainbowfish and has previously kept Trout Cod (legally through a Uni Study), Mangrove jacks, Sooties and Saratoga.

All awesome species there man. I've only kept a few Aussie natives. Jacks, sooties, archers, bass and Barra. All were good fun especially being into fishing but I kept going back to the Americans. That's what's awesome about the hobby I guess, so many varieties.
