A Savanah cat is a part Bengal and part African Serval.

A Bengal cat is part domestic house cat and an Asian Leopard Cat.

I think a captive bred ,well treated and socielazed serval is less of a hazard to the neigderhod than , let´s say a rottweiler

Rotties are in no way a hazard to the neighborhood. At all. Their owners may be, but they are not. If raised properly, a Rottie is one of the most gentle dogs out there, not to mention one of the most intelligent. If raised properly, a Rottie would see a child or a person in harms way, and jump to protect them.

Once again, its not the dog.

Couldn't agree more. My uncle had a rottie, most gentle dog I've ever seen. She was stolen though
