thanks.
thanks.
Definately tiger barbs, they come in four different colors and will all school together. You could put like 30 of em if you had plenty of filtration if not more that 30.ITHURTZ;2304010; said:tiger barbs and neons!
I prolly wouldnt do more than like 15 the tetra's on the other hand are smaller... Just depends on your color preference I suppose. Pleco's are messy and they carry a heavy bioload...arowanaking;2304018; said:ok i already got 3 in another tank...so like if i got a topfin 60 and a penguin 350..how many can i keep? keep in mind i have a pleco, african knife, and pecock eel already in it..

you dont have to worry about me not having room. i got these as babies and plan on selling them to my lfs now that they are big. the afk is about 7" which i think is max growth. the peacock is only about 4". ive decided to go with a school of tiger barbs. i wanted to keep a pleco to eat the algie but do i really need him? should i just get a few chinese sucker cats? please give me some suggestions guys on bottom feeder group that would make good tankmates with the barbs.Dr_Shakalu;2304276; said:I posted something like what you want. http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=176754
Maybe you can get some ideas from the replies on my post. I was wondering, are you going to have enough room in the future for your fish? I'm not sure how big an african knife can get. Also, would the schooling fish become food for the knife and eel? Anyways, good luck and let us know what you're going to do, The Doctor
