That's a baby tatauaia. As you can see it looks quite like the ones Jake posted, but just like with the big ones we keep in our tank, you can see it has a smaller head than does armatus. It seems to me that the proportions of the large ones are evident in the smaller fish as well.
Interesting to note is that this fish is a paratype used to describe the species back in 1999.
