I tested gluing two small pieces of wood together, the first one was gluing two pieces using liquid nails and the other two pieces with gorilla glue. I let it dry for a day or two. My experiment was to see if I could pull or break apart the two pieces. The one with the liquid glue was unbreakable and could not separate them. The one using gorilla glue was easy to pull apart. I was not impressed with the wood glue. If using glue with screws, wouldn't the screw be hard to take out, especially with something like liquid nails ?
