1000% more!:(

They arent impossible to maintain. You need a species only tank with ispecific temperature and water flow. Once you understand them they arent to hard to breed.
you can buy captve bred ones on liveaquaria

well seeing as how you can't even keep a dragon goby correctly I'm saying that they would be harder for you to keep.

Species only tank, maintain in a group, captive breed have heard are hardier, a fuge helps, and they are tricky.;)

It is illegal to remove them from the wild, all seahorses have to be captive bred now I beleive. They aren't that hard, they just need a species only tank that's well established, low water flow, lot's of gorgonia or the like for them to grasp (fake plants work well too), and mysis shrimp, brine, bloodworms, etc. for food. They aren't difficult to breed or sex either.

i wouldn't say they're TOO difficult, as long as you know what you're doing.

ivw heard they can be quite tricky. you need a tank with very low flow and pristine water. RO for every water change and special food in the correct amount are a must

seahorses are not illeagal to keep but they have stopped harvesting lots of species of wild ones. as far as keeping them, we had ours 2 years a group of three, and a pipe fish. they were kept in a 30 hex w/ mag350 filter, a stack of live rock up the middle darn near to the top, and live seaplants of some sort(looked like fern leaves). ours were fed mysis, brine, and we once found a flake food they took for a while. they had no fish or inverts w/ them. we often hatched and feed live brine. they were not hard to keep just had to think about what your dealing with. we had the chance too get a breeding pair but the wifey has become the crazy puffer lady as of late, so maybe after the move and the new 90gallon. feel free to ask any spiciefics if you like.:) also ours were dwarf seahorses.
