Sealing plywood products pros and cons

So what if I was to completely Fiberglass/line the entire tank like a bath tub and then apply the pond armor over it as a final/top coat? Will pond armor bond to fiberglass 100%?

If so will my silicone bond to the pond armor to properly seal my window?

I've never used either product...also is pond armor the same as zavlar?/Permadri??

Use fiberglass reinforcement in conjunction with a decent Epoxy Resin and there will be no need to top coat it with any other product at all. Epoxy pigments are opaque but if you use it in every layer you will end up with a solid color (see my build in signature below). You will also have no problems with silicone adhering too. From what I can gather(from limited research), the Max ACR VLDesign is now using seems to be very similar to the Bote Cote Epoxy I used for my build. 2:1 mix ratios are much more forgiving than the typical older 5:1 formulations and are usually more stable.
