Fantastic. I remember a time when breeding rays was unheard of... Now it seems to be starting among the elite.. soon everyone will be shooting out babys. That is exactly what this hobby needs. Captive bred rays. Hardy, healthy, and ready to sell. ;)

edit- Quick question...

How well does the water hold up when batch is birthed? Do you do a water change right away?

The water is generally slightly tainted. I usually remove the pups from the birthing tank and do a water change on it immediately.

I have not had good luck when I have left the pups in with the parents. In the pup tank I usually do 50% water changes daily and feed them all of the live blackworms they can handle.

11 pups is a large litter. You did very well.

What did the parents diet consist of?
