With that said, although it is not my "thing" and don't want any tattooed fish, I am serious as a heart attack about not taking this from those feloow fishkeepers that are so inclined.
What I would like to know is of the hundred or so members whineing about some business man weilding a hypo. on some fish that they sell:
Do any of your children have tattoos? It is totally off the chart if you are opposed to potential pets having tats while your flesh and blood reads like a comic book.
What is it like 90% of the kids today sporting tats?
I have no tats, no pets with tats, but am willing to fight for my fellow fishkeeper to do themselves head to toe and their pets nose to tail if it floats their boat.
I just wish that around 90% of the people pissing a fit here would man/woman up enough to fess up and jump off this highbrow moral holyer then thoust bandwagon. If the tattoo thing is so bad with tropical fish then what does it say about us as a society that these heinous dangerous "tats" are sported amoungst the extreme vast majority of Human children?

It has to be the "Adult" parents allowing the "decision" that their adolecent children get the ink! With the **** that attends schools today you should take this as an absolute top level compliment!!!
If body ink is a direct measure of "bad", then we as fishkeepers are along the lines of 100 times more moral then the average parent in the USA! In highschools I think a strip search will easily expose 20% minors with tats. I doubt you will ever find a LFS with over 20% of their fish sporting tats.
