sen in deep trouble. HELP!!

my sen has had this ass problem for a while. it's addressed in this thread.

however i upon much more examination, i've found that it's not a blockage. it's been able to sh*t and everything, and the swell seems to be transparent. everything seemed okay for a while till this happened.

if you can't see anything wrong, let me elaborate. the bichir is much darker compared to the others, and has one patch of normal coloured scales on the top of it's body.it's breathing really heavily can't swim properly and has fungus looking things growing on it. half the time it's struggling and on it's side. it's really pitiful. here's one of another sen..

another thing i've noticed with the sens is that they're trying to jump out of the tank, none of the other tankmates(gars n FRT) seem to be having any problem.

Either a blockage or a tumor, and in either case, not much can be done....Notice the ring around his eyes. He looks as if he has been pushing real hard. It is probably causing him pain. Good luck and make the right choice as far as if he starts to "suffer" in your opinion. Hope he gets better soon...

and it just got worse. im pretty sure he's not gonna make it thru the night. is this a concern for the rest of the tankmates? like contageous or anything?

I agree, he will not make it. Take him out when he dies. We will not know if "it" is contagious until an autopsy is done....Are you up for that?

See if it is a blockage, or an organ looking tumor. It could be a pebble that festered in his tummy. Hope he pulls through for you though...How is He now?

Ultimately it is you call....I can only say what I think. But I will not. He looks to be "suffering: though....Don't make your decision on anything I say though. You do what is good for you and your pets...

well i didn't have to do anything. went to the toilet to wash my fface and now he's dead. oh well, i hope i made things better for him in the last weeks of his life. so do i cut him up to see what's wrong?
