That doen't look like bichir eggs, they are black and VERY tiny. Do get eggs from a bichir you need one male and one female. The female doesn't lay eggs by her self. The male stimulates her and she lays the eggs in his analfin and there he fertilize them and after that he spreads them into gravel or on plants...
